In the fall of 2022, I performed in a reading of My Body, No Choice at the Lyric Theatre in Blacksburg, VA. This series of eight monologues was commissioned by Arena Stage in response to the overturn of Roe v. Wade. Our public reading and community event was one of over 30 readings of My Body, No Choice produced at universities around the U.S. in the run-up to the 2022 mid-term elections.
